HIG Capital Raises $1.3 Billion for Infrastructure Fund

Miami–(ANTARA/Business Wire)– HIG Capital (“HIG” or the “Company”), a leading global alternative asset management firm with $64 billion in capital under management, is pleased to announce the closure of HIG Infrastructure Partners (the fund). with aggregate capital commitments of approximately $1.3 billion.1

HIG Infrastructure Partners seeks to make control-oriented, middle-market segment-focused infrastructure equity investments, leveraging HIG’s focus on the middle market and its operational value creation expertise. To date, across North America and Europe, the IMF has made seven investments, two of which are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
